Beyond academics. he has worked tirelessly to create systems of support through initiatives like restorative justice practices, a robust teacher professional development program, and a Response to Intervention (RTI) system that accelerates learning for students with academic challenges.
Deontè's leadership is rooted in his belief that every student deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Through his dedication and vision, Cristo Rey Miami continues to grow as a community where students not only excel academically but are also prepared to lead meaningful lives beyond high school.
